Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Shipping times: I aim to ship prints within one week. During busy periods this can be up to 10 days. If you are in a hurry for your print, you can email me at hello@beckycrowley.com to request a faster delivery.
Flat rate shipping costs: UK: £2.50 ~ EUROPE: £6.50 ~ USA & R.O.W: £12.50.
Packaging: Prints are made to order and packaged by hand with care in a sturdy flat mailer or shipping tube. Notecard sets are pre-printed and shipped in a padded eco mailer or shipping box.
Keeping you up to date: You will be notified by email once your order has been processed.
Postal services:
UK: Sent by Royal Mail tracked or first class. Occasionally UK parcels will be sent tracked with an alternative courier.
US, AUS, NZ & R.O.W: Packages sent outside of the UK & EU are shipped by Royal Mail’s International tracked service, or by a courier and tracked.
EUROPE: I now work with a fine art printing studio based in Germany, so European customers purchasing my prints will not have to pay additional post-Brexit import charges. Please note that my cards are currently only printed and shipped from England and are therefore subject to EU customs charges. I work towards improving this in the future but for the time being, when the parcel arrives at your country’s border, customs taxes or administration charges may apply. These charges will be your responsibility and you will be.
Tax & Duties: Occasionally customs and import duties are raised once a parcel reaches the destination country, and unfortunately it is not possible to predict what these charges will be. As the customer you are responsible for any unforeseen charges. If you have any concerns around this, I advise that before placing an order, you contact your local customs office to get up to date information on which duties might be applicable to receive your parcel.
RETURNS
Damages: If your print isn’t in perfect condition when it arrives, please email a photograph to me upon arrival and I will send a replacement.
General returns: As a one woman business I ask that you make thoughtful purchases to avoid the need to return or exchange anything. However, I do want every customer to be delighted with their print, so if that isn’t the case, please email me at hello@beckycrowley.com.
